The role of TNO (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research) in building Common European Dataspaces is pivotal in fostering innovation and collaboration across Europe. TNO contributes its expertise in applied research and technology development to design and implement secure, efficient, and interoperable data-sharing environments. By focusing on the creation of these dataspaces, TNO aims to enable seamless data exchange among businesses, governments, and research institutions, thereby enhancing Europe’s digital sovereignty and economic competitiveness. Furthermore, TNO’s involvement in these projects supports the EU’s strategy to leverage data as a crucial resource for growth, encouraging the development of data-driven applications across various sectors such as health, energy, and agriculture.
