On the 2nd of October 2024, the PLIADES project was showcased at the European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF) in Budapest, Hungary. The session titled “Interoperability of Data Spaces for Seamless Value Creation Networks” was led by DS2 and featured our partner Bernhard Peischl from AVL, who proudly presented PLIADES alongside other cutting-edge projects: NOUS, CyclOps, and CEDAR.
This session tackled essential topics around data lifecycle management, AI-driven services, and human-centred integration within the data spaces framework. The discussions addressed some of the most pressing questions around data interoperability and collaboration across sectors, shedding light on the future of cross-sector data sharing.
Key takeaways included:
- The importance of interoperable data spaces in driving efficiency and value creation.
- Addressing the barriers to seamless cross-sector data integration.
- Practical insights into data lifecycle management from ongoing projects.
The event was a powerful platform for knowledge exchange and innovation, and the PLIADES project was thrilled to be part of this impactful dialogue. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey to foster innovative, cross-sectoral collaborations in data spaces.
